“We worked with SysTech Networks to replace our fifteen year old inventory spreadsheet accounting and expiry database systems. SysTech Networks guided the setup of the QuickBooks Enterprise Advanced Inventory Module (AIM) to provide real-time inventory tracking by Lot Numbers and Bin Locations, and the sorting of raw materials and finished goods by expiry.

• Developed the Data Flow diagrams for Manufacturing from raw materials and Inventory Production from bulk manufactured product.
• Worked with the Sales, Manufacturing, Production, Operations, and Financial teams to tailor the AIM inventory tracking workflows to our current business processes.
• Trained our staff in the use of the newly designed AIM operating procedures, after they were developed by the teams.
• Facilitated the setup of more than 6000 Inventory Products for Sale, Packaging Items, and Raw Materials in the new AIM inventory module.”
