Meet Larry & Laura

Picture Larry and Laura; they own a local small business storefront. They have a small team of employees, all of which contribute individually to the success of the business in specific ways.

Larry uses QuickBooks software as his central hub for his business and all aspects flow in and out of QuickBooks. Larry has an employee, Joe, who keeps track of inventory on a clipboard.

As new shipments arrive, Joe tracks the stock on a clipboard and then that inventory must be manually imported into an excel spreadsheet to have an electronic copy. Joe’s colleague, Mary, handles that. Mary also needs to import the data from the excel spreadsheet into QuickBooks. She is in charge of checking QuickBooks to make sure that when inventory get low, new orders are placed.

Larry also employs Jane who works at the front of the shop and handles all customer purchases. When a customer makes a purchase, Jane
scans the item and it is added to the Point of Sale (POS) system. The data from the POS is then manually entered into QuickBooks as well.
And because an item was purchased, the inventory numbers must be updated. QuickBooks must also be reconciled to confirm all numbers
are accurate. Any reconciliation that isn’t done properly will need to be investigated, costing Larry’s company time, money, and stress.

Larry dreams of having an automation process but believes that is only reserved for big companies with huge budgets and unlimited
resources. But then he is introduced to SysTech Networks.

What Does This Mean To You?

SysTech Networks specializes in working with clients just like Larry and Laura.

We have been working with SysTech Networks (Ross) for more than two years, in our rapid growth and ever changing environment. Ross has done a great job, in keeping the Winery POS Accounting well o (2)

SysTech Networks has provided similar services to St. Michael’s Winery. They have been working with the winery for two years and primarily helps them with their essential wine/alcohol compliance. SysTech Networks was referred to St. Michael’s by Great Frogs Winery based on his ability to handle compliance reports.

SysTech Networks has consolidated their data from Square, wholesale sales, and Vinoshipper to do inventory accounting and reconciliation for compliance. A lot of the accounting operations can now be automated, for example, instead of having bookkeepers input data manually, SysTech Networks can automate it saving time, money, and room for error.
